How refunds and cancellations work for IST PVSolar Simulator subscriptions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their device, internet connection, operating system, and browser meet the minimum requirements for accessing our software and services.
Temporary interruptions, scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, internet connectivity issues, power failures, force majeure events, government laws, regulations, official notifications, regulatory restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of IST SunPower System shall not constitute grounds for a refund, compensation, or cancellation of fees.
All payments made for software licenses, cloud subscriptions, digital products, consultancy services, and related services are final and non-refundable.
Any refund, if approved at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances, will be processed only after verification and may be subject to applicable deductions for payment gateway charges, taxes, or services already delivered.
Due to the nature of digital software and online services, once access has been provided or a license has been activated, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered.
Subscription fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable after payment. Users may cancel future renewals at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or payment processing error, please contact us. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.
