The terms that govern your use of IST PVSolar Simulator.
By creating an account or using IST PVSolar Simulator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only for Solar Power Plant design and Simulation (lawful) purposes, IST PVSolar Simulator all calculations are based on input parameters provided by the user and user agree in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of any project data you input and for keeping your account credentials secure.
All successful payments will be deposited into the official account of IST SunPower System, the developer and service provider of the software. Upon successful payment, a payment confirmation and invoice (where applicable) will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply based on your billing location.
The Service, including its software, design simulation engine, and reports templates, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the project data you upload; we do not claim rights over your data beyond what is needed to provide the Service. IST PVSolar Simulator does not store users' project files or design data on our servers. Only essential billing information is retained for subscription management, invoicing, and regulatory compliance.
Yield, financial, and bankability outputs are estimates based on the inputs and models you select. They are provided for planning and due-diligence support and do not constitute a guarantee of actual system performance or financial return.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
